High Intensity Teambuilding
Testimonials

"When my producer Rachel told me I was assigned to go to "Princess Survival Camp" for a story, I was nervous. Instantly I had images of repelling down cliffs, tying Windsor knots and spearing fish with a stick. I’m so NOT rugged.

Terry was our “here’s-what-you-do-if-you-get-stuck-in-a-really-bad-life-or-death-situation” teacher.
He’s the guy you’d want with you if your car ran off the road in the middle of a blizzard. Terry has an extensive resume filled with life saving, get you out of the worst kind of pickle training ever.

It is my sincerest hope that none of us ever find ourselves in a situation where we have to use any of the skills I learned during Princess Survival Camp. But if I ever end up lost in the mountains somewhere, hopefully I’ll do more than just curl up in the fetal position behind a tree and complain. I’ll try to remember what the cute British guy who sounds Australian said.

Get a group of your friends or co-workers and take the class. It’s not just for princesses. You’ll learn something about surviving the outdoors. You might just learn something about yourself, too."

"I must say Princess Survival Camp was a pleasant surprise! …to tell the truth, I DO like a challenge. My goal was to show them that not only am I not a “princess” but I could easily handle every challenge and survive a day on the mountain.
There were plenty of laughs and jokes at the beginning and if you have to hang out in the woods on a miserably hot day you want to have some people who are … dare I say it … "fun".

I realize as I think back over the day that the most important lessons that we learned are ones that will help you not just survive in the woods but also thrive in life. Don’t over analyze, yet learn to think about situations in different, non-traditional ways. Make use of your "community", everyone has something to offer and it might just be what you need to pull you through. In any situation …"Have fun with it!"

"The fitness program is achieving the goals detailed in the
Parker Healthy People Policy (Parker Hannifin Corporation).
The concept of corporations such as Parker Hannifin
providing on site group exercise programs such as the
one facilitated High Intensity Teambuilding, is clearly a
cutting edge approach to help decrease rising health care
costs. However, the additional benefit of increasing
employee morale and teamwork is also important and
will contribute greatly towards the productivity and
performance of all participants.

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this concept to anyone looking for a way to boost office morale and overall health of employees. One caveat to this is to be vigilant about the choice of Teambuilding company utilized - we were very fortunate to have met Terry Vaughan and High Intensity Teambuilding as they are clearly experts in their field."

"Terry with High Intensity Teambuilding has played an instrumental part in building the confidence and furthering team cohesiveness among my staff. Being in an office all day can sometimes lead to a sedentary lifestyle which is harmful to people. When my staff entered Terry’s program there was a positive transformation in attitude and a heightened energy level within the entire organization.
His knowledge of physical fitness and pure dedication
to his profession is unmatched by any other team building professional that I have seen. I highly recommend the High Intensity Teambuilding program and encourage everyone to try it. The results will speak for themselves."

"Terry is great and obviously very knowledgeable.
I'd take a class from him anytime.  Also, the class has had a teambuilding effect. This is good because all the normal inter-office politics fell by the wayside while we encouraged each other to work hard. Plus we need all the help we can get as our office was starting to feel like a morgue..."

"Firstly we are all much fitter than when we started.
All of us involved have started communicating better at work. I have never had a Personal Trainer, but Terry is exactly what I imagine one to be. He pushes us to work hard but recognizes our individual limits. He has so much energy and I love how he is teaching us to be a team through exercise. I would recommend him to anyone interested in corporate exercising and teambuilding.
He is a 10 out of 10."
