Staff Teambuilding

In the same way your Executives need trust and adhesion, so will your staff. A half or full day survival class is available with emphasis placed on developing team unity.

The integration of a new management team is difficult, but developing trust is the key factor. We will condense 6-12 months of relationship development into 3-6 days and nights. At least a 3 night minimum for executive groups is recommended, although the length of the course is dependent upon each company’s goals.
